Customers with a Personal Access Code can update their UK address and contact details online, or by calling us.
Customers without a Personal Access Code can complete and return this form which can also be used to notify us of personal data changes including name, home address, title, telephone number, email address, country of fiscal residence or tax contributions and signature.
- If your name has changed, please send 1 document from List 1 - Proof of identity, as noted in our Customer Identification Requirements, along with a valid, certified document as proof of change, for example Marriage/Civil Partnership, or Deed Poll Certificate.
- If you have moved to a non-UK address, please send 1 document from List 2 - Proof of Address, as noted in the Customer Identification Requirements.
Please note that this form cannot be used for changes to account details, non-personal data changes, or signature mandates. In some case we may require to revert to you for additional documentation and/or forms, in order to update our records.
